Yes it can be challenged
Sir the unit of k is correct....for zero order reaction.... k is Mole/sec...

Infact the formula used is....A0-A=kt
Where A0 has the unit moles....A is final conc which is zero.

It's mole per litre per sec or M per sec ... not mole per sec.. unit of k in question was wrong..

Yes sir

But d formula used should be ,....A0-A=kt

Infact the formula used is....A0-A=kt
Where A0 has the unit moles....A is final conc which is zero.
sadaf, concentration is in Molar terms which is moles per litre...if one says conc. of A is 1M then it is moles per litre.

Similarly, k is expected to have units in M per sec or min (or moles per litre per min)

Yes sir I know that M means moles/liter
But d formula that can fit is A0-A=kt
Where A is in moles nd k in moles/min?
If so....the answer will be 10000
So this can be challenged...right?

Right Bro. It should have been either in grams/milligrams(i.e - mg/min) or  M(molarity). Fell for the same trap. I thought, I was the only one.

If someone challenges it, gets it right will everyone with that answer be awarded.

What about that plasmid question. There is no xho1 site in MCS or any part of plasmid?

One need not challenge on the basis of fitting values of A and Ao in terms of moles (as it is the norm to use concentration of reactants in the classical equation).

This question can simply be challenged on the basis of unitary approach, supported by the fact that unit of k leads to imbalance of units on reactant n product sides (if one tries to follow the approach used for obtaining 100 mins as solution).
