when we want to insert a new gene in host....ist of all the vector. having gene of intrest is inactive. and tha molecules. which. are able to gene regulations. and exprassion for gene of intrest are not present. in agrobaterium....these are olny preset in plants....so that the gene of interest. never shows it funcation in bacteria....
