Announcement for Visiting Fellowship by JNCASR 2013 – 2014

Jawaharlal Nehru Center for Advanced Scientific Research operates with a status of deemed university aided by the Government of India, the Department of Science and Technology. JNCASR is a place for happenings of lot of Science and Engineering research activities and training programmes.

Jawaharlal Nehru Center for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) announces visiting fellowship for the year 2013 – 2014.

This is a call for carrying out research projects in the following areas

Life Sciences (in the areas of molecular and developmental biology, Chronobiology, Genetics, Ecology and behavior)
Materials Sciences
Chemical Sciences
Physical Sciences (includes nano Biotechnology)
Engineering Sciences
Atmospheric Sciences

Who Can Apply?
Exclusive for Researchers and scientists who have secured a permanent position in any of the academic institutions or research and development laboratories.

Holding a Ph.D will be an added advantage

Place of Work: Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research

Duration: 3 months

Honorarium: 25K per month

Your application should reach the center on or before 9th September 2013

How will you know if you are selected?
If you are selected for the JNCASR visiting fellowship 2013- 2014 after applying you will be intimated about your selection by the center on or before 30th of September 2013.

Once you are selected for this fellowship you can discuss your date of joining by communicating with the center

The Research fellows selected for this fellowship will be working along with the faculties of the respective area of work.
