Could you please clean it up a bit? And, the questions which you seek answers for, could you please post them clearly for everyone here?

A separate post (reply) for each question would be useful.

Thanks

Pardon me Ronit, if I have forgotten the concepts, but isn't elongation about picking up of 'amino-acid containing tRNA (aa-tRNA)' molecules by (some elongation factors)? And also about the tRNA anticodon matching in this step? Won't this be a major involvement of tRNA in elongation?

It's a bit confusing question....ploidy isn't supposed to change in any of the phases. It's the total DNA content that gets doubled in S phase and remains so in G2 phase. So, if by diploid, they mean the original state of cell, then it is G1 and M (because in S phase, DNA has doubled and it remains so in G2 phase as well, till daughter cells are produced in M phase).

Ideally, cell remains diploid even in S phase as it's the DNA content (in form of new chromatids) that gets doubled, not the number of chromosomes.

CD4+ are helper T cells (Th cells) and they need macrophages to get activated.

Disulfide needs a pair of residues, so it should be 2 bonds..
