Thanks for your kind reply.
As you said ,that link was good.But I don't think Watson is not enough for "Restriction enzyme , cloning , etc" regarding for the topic "rDNA technology" as mentioned in the GATE Syllabus.
can you please suggest me any good book which covers the above topic clearly?
