Please suggest a suitable college (preferably govt.) With expected jee rank 60000 - Sartaj - 04-04-2016

I know that's no a good rank, but that's what i cud get. I love biotechnolgy and biology but unfortunately that's not tested in jee and hence the rank. Please suggest any govt. College that wud accept such a low rank. Thanks in advance

I am not sure, but Bhartiya Vidyapeeth (though not a govt one, but still an old and known one) could be useful.

If you haven't lost the opportunity, look for competitive exams of various colleges (among private ones as well).

See if the list from the following thread can fetch you some good names (not segregated by course being offered, you will need to do some research on their courses):
