techniques used to determine the structure of a 15KDa globular protein at atomic resolution
1.raman
2.ir
3.UV
4.NMR
NMR can resolve up to 25kDa easily...so hopefully that should be the answer

Consider an infinite number of cylinders, first of radius 1 m and height 1 m, second cylinder of 0.5 height and 0.5 radius placed above it, find sum.of inifinite series.i

If I am not wrong, Sn=(a1/1-r)-1
But what is the value of r? Please solve it.[Image: 983f963f89895b075df06756d41dad27.jpg]

The interaction energy between two spherical particles is plotted against the distance ® between them. When r<a where 'a' is constant, the net force between the spherical particles is repulsive. When r≥a, they attract via van der Waals attractions. Which one of the following plots correctly represents the interaction energy between the above two particles?[attachment=349]

pi r^2 h
pi(1^3 + 0.5^3 + 0.25^3 +.................)
pi(1^3+(1/2)^3 + (1/4)^3 + ...............)
pi(1^3+(1/8) + (1/8)^2 + (1/8)^3+.....) use formula (1-x)^-1
 here x=(1/8)

final answer 3.59 something
