Assertions:  Gram -ve bacteria stained by saffranin
Reason: Gram -ve bacteria has LPS.

In my opinion, reasoning is correct for the assertion

In my understanding of things, Km shouldn't change but Vm will change if enzyme concentration is doubled.

Edit:
Assuming there were 10 enzymes each with 1 active site, and with an ability to convert 1 substrate per minute, then if there is a very high concentration of substrates (say 1000), the max rate of conversion shall remain 10 substrates per minute. Now no matter how much substrate we put further, the Vmax is not going to change. But same is not true for the amount of enzyme. Increasing the enzyme concentration will lead to increased active sites and greater Vmax. But since Km is the substrate concentration at which rate is Vmax/2 for an enzymatic reaction, so that stands as a constant.

Q. A microbe has following composition. A=10; U=20; C= 30 & D= 40. Microbe is having
A. ssRNA
B. dsRNA
C. dsDNA
D. ssDNA

I marked A. (ssRNA) as compostion aren't sane.

Yup ssRNA seems the only logical choice given the lack of conformity in proportions of the complements.

There are trucks and cars traveling in a single lane.. - pragari - 02-06-2017

Please answer this.

There are trucks and cars traveling in a single lane. The size of Truck is 10 m while a size of a car is 5 m. There should be 20 m gaps between each truck and 15 m gap in each car. Cars and Trucks can travel alternately at the speed of 36 km/h. How many vehicles can cross a bridge (nothing particular value given aboutto the bridge) in an hour?
