Suggestions for clearing BCIL Industrial Training Screening:
I am quoting the exact words of my friend who had cracked it:
"I was called for direct interview. Probably we didn't have written test at that time in 2011 or else was called directly, as I already had a separate interview with one of the startups and were willing to recruit as a trainee.
One of the major criterion to get shortlisted in interview is to meet the CEOs of the startups or industries or organization and understand mutual interests and get a recommendation letter from them.
That reduces their headache to find a suitable organization for you and they are willing to fund if the organization is renowned or is already associated with BCIL."
