Please somebody tell me ...if i have to do research work later...what should i do,now i have completed just bsc
Can i go for Msc and which courses should i prefer..either microbiology or any other else???

Let me help you with some roadmaps:

1. Bsc -- > Msc ---->(Job)-----> PhD --------->> Research
2. Bsc -- > Msc ----> PhD --->> Research
3. BSc --> MSc ---> M.Tech ---> Research Job
4. BSc -->MSc-----> M.Tech ----> PhD ----->> Job as well as Research options stay open

For the first two options, cracking JAM for MSc can be a huge asset.

Branch should be as per your research interest. Active areas of research with good job prospects are: (1) Stem Cell Research (2) Clinical Research (3) NGS] (4) Bioprocess 
 
Branches worth going for are: Bichemical, Microbiology and Computational Biology
