It's too late to get admission in any govt. college as admission process of almost all govt. colleges are over. You can get admission in any good private college.

It is good for CSE/IT.But shoolini university's main focus is on life sciences.Faculty, infrastructure and research is very good here. Intellectual Property Indian shoolini university 6th among the top indian applicants of patents and It is among top 150 universities in the list of NIRF by HRD

Yes. I have personally visited the campus and It is recognised by UGC therfore it is in ranking of NIRF and you at least once go through the universitiy's website.
