Safety of employees working in various industries is prime responsibility of any employer. Many regulatory authorities use to certify the plants or manufacturing units based on their safety audit finding. Safety is considered first priority in industries where risk is high and also is very important even if with lesser risk. For examples in industries which do sterilization of their products using either radiation or other poisonous gaseous has to take intense care of their employee. Safety related training includes knowledge of various systems, processes and practices while focus on associated risk. Employee are trained on first aid, fire fighting, spillages, incidences handling, risk management, personal protective equipments, electrical precautions , good manufacturing practices, good safety practices, safety guidelines and regulations. Such type of training make employee aware of all risk that is there while they work as well as they are trained on how to come out of such incidences safely even if they occurs. Annual medical checkup is also a part of their safety programs.
Such training not only helps employee to protect them during their work in industries, but also train them to successfully face accidents and risks that may come in their personal life.

Therefore, Companies should make safety training sessions compulsory. After all, life is precious and safe practices are all that takes care of it!
