To overcome obesity, Cardio exercise is the best way. It is nothing but a physical exercises with low intensity and that depends primarily on the aerobic energy generating process. The word Aerobic means living in air (oxygen) and refers use of oxygen to meet energy demand with aerobic metabolism. Such activities help in improving cardio system. In this, light to moderate intensity exercises can be performed for extended time period.

also known as aerobic conditioning.
• Increases oxygen level in blood and improve oxygen transport
system. Also increases the total number of red blood cells in
the body.
• Reduces stress, depression, and improved mental health.
• The most important use of aerobic exercise is that it reduces
the risk for diabetes.


VO2 max test is performed to measure aerobic capacity of any individual, in which the subject will have to go through increasing strenuous exercise that is from an easy walk through to exhaustion. The respirometer which is connect is used to measure oxygen consumption.
