If you look for Job and money immediately in career then you can get the same after B.Tech as well.
Doing an MBA in Biotechnology won't fetch you any good job. Better pursue an MBA in Health Care (it has bright career prospectives).
MTech in Biotechnology from a reputed college would also fetch you nice jobs.
If I have to compare MBA Health care and MTech Biotech, I would suggest MBA Healthcare for better salaried job. Unless you pursue MTech from a very good college, getting a good job would be difficult.
There is one very simple rule for a good career:
"If you are pursuing your degree from an exceptional college, then even an average academic/overall performance would get you a great job. But if you are pursuing your degree from an average/below par college; then only an exceptional academic/overall performance can get you a great job."
