U.S. brain drain of young scientific talent needs to be stemmed
#2
I hope this rises as the industry of Biotechnology blooms more. I am planning on becoming a scientist and I am not even close to 30 yet and I am in school for it, a year by now. Its sad the people in my classes are not even going for science careers but nursing. I'm one of three people in the entire biology class branches that is headed for science. I hope this fixes! I'd hate to get there only to find out that it's been canceled because labs have gone 'out of business' if you get what I mean.. I say encourage higher learning to children who are younger, let them go to labs and see things for themselves.. maybe we can gather a crowd of aspired children, like I was! lol..
