Migraine: Diagnosis and Classification of Headache
#10
Hello Maureen

I know a lot of persons who have tried medications for migraines and it seems to not work. I think because of this most people tend to turn to other sources for assistance, hence the ayurvedic or herbal medications. I am not sure if it is a non compliance issue or if maybe the medications are expensive and difficult to find but herbal medications are much cheaper and seem to be easily available.

I wanted to find out some more about the yoga poses you mentioned in your posting like how to do it especially as I mentioned them to a friend of mines and she seems very interested in trying.
