My Best Definition of Biotechnology: Biotechnology is the process whereby living systems, be it plants or organisms, or their derivatives are modified using techniques of biology, coupled at times with knowledge from chemical engineering, bioinformatics or robotics, to develop products and services essentially aimed at bettering of human standard and way of life.
