Even I think it's option B
G-ve loses crystal violet because CV-iodine complex easily washes out during alcohol wash. Whereas, in G+ve, due to thick peptidoglycan layer, CV-iodine complex cannot escape.
After CV-IODINE complex has washed out of G-ve cell, its now colourless and can take up any dye. So it gets stained with saffranin.
I don't think LPS ha any role in trapping saffranin.
