Doing an MBA in Biotechnology won't fetch you any good job. Better pursue an MBA in Health Care (it has bright career prospectives).
Reputed Institutes for pursuing MBA : - - - Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad
- National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) Mumbai accepts GATE score
- IIMs accept CAT score.

I guess u really read things superficially , ISB and institutes which u mentioned they want work experience too along with GATE and CAT scores. Those who do MBA in healthcare have experience of the field which is a prerequisite.
@ Komal please explore Masters in Public health ( MPH) options in India and it can get u anywhere starting primary healthcare system to policy making organisation
