The forum category i.e Biotechnology Job Updates chosen by you is correct. You should be posting the job updates you wish to invite candidatures for in new threads created in this category. Ideally a new thread for each job post is what going to be helpful for you (to segregate interests) as well as for the audience (to express their interests to specific positions posted in separate threads).
