I think you should go for Btech biotechnology
Here are some government colleges in haryana where you can easily get admission in btech biotechnology
1.DCRUST,murthal,sonepat
2.UIET,kurukshetra
3.UIET,MDU,Rohtak
I am also studying in DCRUST I think it is best among them
