Hi Naresh,
Being an entrepreneur in any field requires:
a) Ideation
b) Mentorship/ Market Research
c) Prototype/ How your idea is worth going forward
d) Funding

Having mentioned this minimal requirement, I must say that if you haven't decided on what you actually wish to work on then ideal approach for you would be:
a) Read a lot about existing enterprises in the world (that actually work)
b) Attend as many conferences as possible (for startups / entrepreneurship in Biotechnology)
c) Participate in competitions (tech fests, Nature challenges and National Contests of the likes of ABLE).
d) Attend a lot of trainings/ workshops/ internships to widen your exposure.
e) Do at least two independent projects in your college which are not mandatory part of your curriculum. Talk to your faculty about the projects and get involved. It may pertain to replicating an existing project (from literature/online), but doing it will really broaden your scope of knowledge and understanding.

Hope it helps
