hello to whom it may concern,ive got a simple but important question,ill appreciate anyone if they could help me
which country and colledge is the best source of biotechnology field for master graduation??and how are funds for studing?are they free for international students?do they live on grants?

US/UK/Germany/Singapore are great. But most of the colleges across the world don't offer scholarships to masters (or they offer to selected few only). Applying for PhD is a better option as you'll definitely get a scholarship.
